Risks / Investment Advice
The Precious Metals market is speculative and it is unregulated. Precious metal coins and bars involve risks. The value of a precious metal coin or bar is affected by many factors including the current market price of metal, the perceived scarcity of the coin or bar, the quality, current supply and demand, general market sentiment and other factors.

The value of any precious metal coin or bar is generally determined by the current spot price of the underlying precious metal, the premium over spot and by the supply and demand for these particular items. Because the precious metals markets are volatile their prices will fluctuate while the precious metals market is open. Consequently, you can lose or gain on your principal and the resale value of your coin(s) or bar(s) may or may not be equal to the original purchase price.

Because precious metal coins and bars can go down in price as well as up, investing in them may not be suitable for everyone. Precious metal coins and bars can decline in value, therefore, you should understand them well and have adequate cash reserves and disposable income before considering a precious metal coin or bar investment.

You expressly acknowledge that KDPM does not give any investment advice, tax advice, recommendations and/or guarantee profits and you shall be solely responsible for making any decision to purchase from KDPM and/or sell to KDPM. In addition, you represent and warrant to KDPM that you have sufficient knowledge and experience to make informed decisions to purchase from and/or sell to KDPM. You also expressly acknowledge that you are subject to a variety of risks, which risks are beyond the control of KDPM, and you expressly acknowledge that KDPM is not liable or responsible for those risks, for which you have sole responsibility.

Those risks include, without limitation, risks associated with the price volatility of precious metal coins and bars. Under certain market or other conditions, you understand and acknowledge that you may not be able to liquidate any purchased products or liquidate the purchased products at prices acceptable to you.

We advise you that prior performance cannot be used to predict future value of coins. In making any decision to buy coins or sell coins you should assess the stability of the current market, view any decision strictly in context of purchasing such coins for the long-term, and obtain any investment advice from your own financial expert.
